We’ll be online for you 24/7/365 to respond to any inquiries that you may have related to our Hosting Control Panel or any of the apps that we have installed for you on the dedicated server. If you also require help with server administration procedures, you can order our Admin Services package, which includes backup hard disk drive storage space, Operating System updates on a weekly basis, server monitoring and rebooting procedures, as well as troubleshooting and software installation services

Our Hosting Control Panel has been installed by default for every Linux dedicated servers hosting package. Among its characteristics is a rather time and effort–saving integrated knowledge base that will walk you step by step on everything that you can do. The majority of help articles have video versions that demonstrate all the actions that you can perform in a highly illustrative manner. You will find the instructional articles and the video tutorials in the top right corner of each section of the Hosting Control Panel.
